three steps to a successful children's book
STEP ONE: Your Vision for the Book.
Let's start by exploring the purpose of your book, and your vision for becoming a published author. I'll guide you. I help you get to the finish line without all the overwhelm or confusion. You can ask me a million questions too.
Schedule a consultation via phone or zoom. Let's brainstorm, and most of all get acquainted.
As your illustrator AND publishing support, we work together throughout the entire process. Successful relationships is my passion!
STEP TWO: Define the Illustration Process
All phases of illustration are included in your package:
- rough drafts
- concept sketches
- character development
- storyboards
- final illustrations
- book layout
- book design
- all revisions and proofs
A typical children's book 32 pages. (16 double page spreads)
Illustration fees include everything listed above.
Submit your story and we will give you a custom quote.
The industry standard fee for children's book illustration is $2000 - $15,000.
Cover Design: A well designed cover is the most important part of your book!
